Designing a business you’re stoked about starts here—welcome to The Monday Muse, your weekly guide to business, branding, and creative strategy. 🤸🏼♀️
Untamed’s going to the graveyard and I couldn’t be more alive.
Over the past year, I’ve grown a lot as a business owner and person.
But my current brand is rooted in what I thought it should be. It’s a relic of playing it safe — it’s been sitting in the corner, wearing a beige suit, trying to blend in with everyone else.
I’ve known for a while that I would eventually kill my brand and take myself through a rebrand.
- My messaging has felt like a whisper instead of a roar
- I lost confidence sharing my visual identity
- My original vision no longer matched my expansion and transformations
- Playing it safe felt more suffocating than strategic
I created a brand designed to appeal to everyone. The result? Speaking to almost no one.
Yesterday, I woke up with an idea—the idea.
Before coffee, before my laptop was fully open, I was researching from bed. This wasn’t a planned work day. This was pure momentum.
I headed downstairs, laptop in hand, and my sister asked what I was working on.
Enter: collaboration. My golden ticket aboard my personal Polar Express.
She saw patterns I’d been attracted to but knew I wouldn’t pursue them alone. Together, by 3 pm, I had a brand new name that made me sit straight, a color palette that felt electric, and a core message that clicked. By nightfall, a complete logo suite was born.
I even had time to help my dad build scaffolding, enjoy a massive bonfire, and enjoy dinner.
I’ve taken myself through my own client process repeatedly, but yesterday I realized why I’ve always struggled to provide myself the same transformation I do for others—I never had collaboration.
Having an idea is one thing. Having the right support to bring it to life? That’s everything.
Rebranding isn’t a solo mission.
The real magic happens when you invite the right perspectives – people who can pull out the threads of your identity that you’re too close to recognize.
You’re not just paying for someone to press publish. You’re investing in an outside perspective that helps you create something you genuinely love.
People may look at your website and think, “This is great!” But it doesn’t matter what others think—it matters how you feel about it. Rebranding is about more than design. It’s about making every day feel like a Friday. And if don’t feel that way, it’s time for a bold, beautiful demolition.
The best brands aren’t polite. They’re unapologetically specific. They’re not for everyone—they’re for YOUR people.
Transformation happens faster than you think—if you start now:
Next year, I’m only working with 12 people. Right now, two spots are open at 2024 pricing.
Imagine waking up excited to share your brand, knowing it reflects exactly who you are and speaks directly to the clients you want to attract. That’s the kind of transformation I’m creating—and it’s what I can help you create too.
Ready to kill your brand and invite your identity upgrade in? This is your chance to take action before my prices go up.
Get EXCITED for the next chapter of my business—launching January 1st (if I can even keep things under wraps that long).
Stoked to see ya next Monday,
Bri
